Wellesley Gateway is a business development consisting of two campuses, Gateway North and Gateway South, on opposite sides of Route 9 in Wellesley. Our work here entailed complete build outs of fitness centers and food halls in the anchor building of each campus, as well as a number of white boxes and tenant fit outs throughout each campus.
