MJA performed the sequenced construction of approximately 20,000 square feet of new office space at the Maitland Promenade for the MMA and McGriff divisions of Marsh McLennan Companies. Given the location, this was a unique project that required forging new relationships with local subcontractors. The scope of work included full demolition of existing conditions and the build out of multiple new office spaces throughout the building, including high-level telecommunication requirements to tie each new office space to the same network. Each office space was delivered on time and within the client’s budget.
