53 State Street is an historic property in downtown Boston, with the original structure built in 1890 as the Boston Stock Exchange. Our previous work in the building included lobby improvements and build-outs of upper-floor amenity spaces. We most recently completed repairs and maintenance to the main entrance facade. This work included the selective replacement of the facade glass, including the glass revolving doors, as well as the installation of a waterproof membrane below the entrance pavilion.
